Coach/Staff Registration Guide


Attention Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Managers

We kindly request all coaching staff and team managers to complete registration on RAMP at your earliest convenience.

Please follow the steps below to register:


Step 1 - Access RAMP

If you already have a RAMP account, please enter your credentials.

New users: Click on "Don't have an account? Create one Here" and follow the prompts to set up your account.

Once you create your account, you may use it to register yourself as team staff and to register your player(s) if applicable. Please do not create separate accounts to register as team staff and to register a player(s). The same account can be used for both.

Once in RAMP, Click on "Coach/Staff Registration"


Step 2 - Coach/Staff Registration

  1. Ensure the 2025 Season is selected.

  2. Choose your name from the drop-down list of family members. If you are not listed, choose "Add a new family member" to add your information.

  3. As part of your registration process, you will need to provide your NCPP number. To obtain this number, please create an account with the Coaching Association of Canada via the following link - https://thelocker.coach.ca/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2f

  4. Follow the prompts to complete the registration, ensuring you choose all the preferred divisions and positions applicable to you.

Staff that are volunteering with multiple teams, or in multiple roles, only need to register once. Once registered, staff can be rostered onto multiple teams and roles regardless of the division or role they entered in RAMP when they registered.


Step 3 - Questions

 

  1. Criminal Record Check: Verify that you have an up-to-date criminal record check (valid 2 years) by selecting "Yes" or "No."

    • Note: If you don’t currently have a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC), you can apply for it via the following LINK. To waive the associated fee, you can download a Volunteer letter and include it with your CRC application.
  2. NCCP Courses: Select the NCCP courses you have completed, such as Safe Sport, Rule of Two, or others. If you have not taken any of these courses, select "I have not completed any of the courses listed above."

  3. Canada Soccer Grassroots Courses: Similarly, indicate any Canada Soccer courses you’ve completed (e.g., Active Start, FUNdamentals, etc.). If none, choose "I have not completed any of the courses listed above."

  4. Coaching License/Certificate: Enter details of your current or highest coaching license, diploma, or course. If you're in the process of completing one, note "in training." If you’ve completed it, write "certified" along with the month and year of certification.

 

 

  1. Place of Birth, Citizenship, and Previous Club: Provide your place of birth, confirm your citizenship status, and indicate the last club you were registered with along with the corresponding year.

  2. Final Submission: Review the details and click "Continue" to proceed.

 


Step 4 - Complete your registration

Review your account details and hit the "Complete Registration" button.

Once your registration is complete, you'll be assigned to your team and granted access to the RAMP team app accordingly.

Please ensure you complete this registration process at your earliest convenience to ensure smooth operations for the upcoming season.
