Join the MPSA Coaching Team for the 2024/2025 Season!
The Mount Pearl Soccer Association is excited to kick off the upcoming 2025 season and is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our coaching team. Whether you are an experienced coach or new to the sport, we welcome volunteers who are eager to make a positive impact on young athletes.
Coaching at MPSA is a rewarding experience, giving you the opportunity to develop young talent, foster teamwork, and make a positive impact in our soccer community. Whether you are an experienced coach or new to coaching, we encourage all those interested in helping our players reach their full potential to apply.
How to Apply
All prospective coaches must submit a coaching application via the RAMP platform. The process is straightforward and will take only a few minutes. Here is a step-by-step guide:

Log in to your RAMP account
If you do not already have a RAMP account, you will need to create one.

Select "Coach/Staff Registration"
Once logged in, navigate to the "Coach/Staff Registration" section.

Complete Personal Information
Fill in the required personal details, such as your contact information and coaching background.

Answer Certification Questions
You will be asked to verify whether you have completed NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) and Canada Soccer grassroots coaching courses. If you have not yet taken any of these courses, there is an option to select "I have not completed any of the courses listed above."

Submit the Application
After filling out the form, submit your application.

Important Documents
As part of the application process, all coaches are required to submit a current Criminal Record Check (CRC). If you don’t currently have a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC), you can apply for it via the following LINK. To waive the associated fee, you can download a Volunteer letter and include it with your CRC application.
We encourage all who are interested in coaching to apply as soon as possible.
